Now that we are home and plan to be for a while I am turning over a new leaf! Went for a walk/run this morning and did some pushups and situps. Plan to do it every day and increase the run and decrease the walk so I can do that 5K in 2 weeks! Perfect morning for it and felt good to finally be back at it.

How are the pushpus and situps going? Those are so hard for me! I suppose because I don't practice them!
