I actually went to the gym today! Yep, it was hot in there! And I noticed they have a do not touch sign on their thermostat. Made me laugh. Anyway, did my gym Stuff, Also walked a lot today.
Have you heard of this eating plan called Whole30? It's pretty popular right now. My doctor suggested I try it. I' m on day 3. No grains! At all! Along withthe usual no sugar, no dairy. It is just an elimination diet and then you reintroduce food at the end of the 30 days. It's only been 3 days but I'm feeling really good. Although my sleep has been junk all week! Unrelated to the food changes,though. I'm not having it cooled enough in here at night. Learning curve! Anyway, hope I make 30 days so I don't have to start over!

I think Mom's cousin John Wing talked to her about that diet. We've never tried it though. Wonder what you are eating? No grains, no dairy, no sugar, no gluten.....what else is there?
I look at your weather every morning and see that it is hot there! Hotter than here and we are warm enough. Suppose the snow has melted?
Yeah, I think he does this or something very like it. I'll tell you, when they told me to cut out dairy I had a moment of panic. But this isn't so hard for me. Because it isn't actually low carb. So I'm eating a lot of sweet potatoes and squash and such. I think it's harder for people that don't already....how to say? Don't already eat weird (like me!!) going into it.
It is very hot! 93 today. Know what? There is still snow on the mountains! Just those two peaks (Mt. Rose and....the other one).
