We're having a stretch of gorgeous weather. I'm running outside in the morning when it's about 60 and sunny and a slight breeze. Just perfect. Also getting back to the pushups and situps but not back to 50 each yet. Hard to believe, I know, but I have put on a few pounds and need to get them off!! So yesterday I started going for a one mile walk after lunch and after dinner. See how long my resolve lasts!

Glad you're having beautiful weather!
Maybe you need a fun audio book to keep you walking. Or a podcast. I know those really encourage me to get some extra walking in so I can listen.
