Outside Run
This was my second "Dang is is cold and winter....I'm doing it anyway!" outside run. I kinda can't believe it and I give myself a pat on the back! It was about 37, so not too cold. But for someone who has lived in perpetual summer for years.....yay me! I did 3 miles around the lake, each mile was under 10 minutes. It was nice out there, not windy at all today. That helps make it a lot more palatable!
I'm almost totally better. Bit of congestion left, but not much to speak of.

Nothing but good news from you here! Glad you are feeling better just in time to come for Christmas. I ran outside there one day when it was 37. Didn't like it and broke my usual "40 degree rule" but I did it, too. I don't like it though. Been too snowy and now slushy here to run outside. At least for me. Not sure about Angie. I've been on the TM yesterday and today.

I feel like it's harder to hype myself up to run when it's that cold than it is to actually run!
