Back on Track

I hope!  The week in Whitewater didn't do me any good at all in the weight department!  And I was working hard every day.  Anyway, I'm back on track here this morning.  Ran 2.5 on the TM and then back to my 60 situps and 60 pushups.

Trips never do us much good, that's for sure. But you are really good at getting back on track, and that's what counts!
