Running but Not Posting

I have been running on the TM every day this week but just haven't gotten around here to post about it.  Have upped my speed to 5.7 mph this week and going well.  Going to start going past 2 miles on Monday and see how that goes.  I use to run 3 miles every day and want to get back to that level.

I'm making some progress on my weight, too, and feeling very good about that.

Congratulations on the weight progress! That's such a big deal, I know it. Once the progress starts, it's motivating.

And yay about your pace!

Adding distance will be an entire new challenge - you're up to the challenge, though!
