Upswing!

I have to say, I was feeling darn low yesterday and again today. Then, today, I realized......take a sinus pill! So I did around 12 pm. I only took one, though, because it keeps me up. I did feel a difference, though. So I'll take them again tomorrow if I feel the need. But, also, the gym helped me feel better, too. Must have gotten my blood flowing or some such. I did my new weight routine. It was challenging. I have a couple of things I'm doing with 5 pound weights. At first I thought that would be too little weight but the end reps of each set were really challenging. One of my gym nod guys told me I was looking "tiny"! I did use the hotel gym on Saturday. And we did so much walking. So much walking. On saturday I was at 19,500 steps! I couldn't believe it.

That is a lot of steps! Wow. Hope you took the next day off from walking! "Tiny?" What did he mean by that? Puny or svelte? Two very different things!

I had yesterday off but got back on the TM this morning. Started coughting at 1.5 miles though. Can't seem to get this crap out of my lungs. I'm feeling pretty good otherwise. So I'll just keep at it.

That is one dang persistent cough! I'm glad you're continuing to feel good, though.
