Big Gym Day!
Maybe I should say long! I was there for about 2 hours today! I decided to walk on the treadmill after lifting. So that added about 40 minutes to my normal lifting routine.
Might need to up my calories a bit. I feel like the weights I'm lifting should be getting easier more quickly than they are. I'm trying to cut but still build muscle. But muscles need enough food to use as energy. I think I'll try adding 100 calories to my daily total goal and see if that helps me make some gains in the muscle department. We shall see!
It was weird there today, I felt like I was in an alternate universe. I didn't recognize the majority of people there AND there were a lot of people there! Usually I know everyone by sight and there's like 10 people!
Anyway, it was good.

That's a long time to be at the gym. They're going to start thinking of you as a finatic instead of a fitnatic.
I actually took yesterday off and then got back at it this morning.
Adding calories has never been a problem for me. Can't identify with that at all. Deleting calories is the issue here.

How did you feel today?
That LoseIt app has really helped me get my eating under control. It's actually a huge sense of relief because I feel like I'm in charge and can make choices rather than feeling out of control or not able to control myself/ my eating.
