I had a really good gym today. Just the usual stuff, although I did add in Bulgarian split squats. Exceedingly challenging!!
I've been trying to do some lower back strengthening work but the things I'm doing seem to be tweaking my right lower back. I'm going to try some different things - well, more different things! Until I can find something that doesn't make that spot sore.
Yesterday was dedicated to hills. I went to a small hill and ran up it as fast as I could (and down it slowly) for 20 minutes. Then I went over to Texax and walked that 3 times. It was good!
