I had a good visit to the gym today after work. Did all the usual stuff and I also did 15 minutes on The Stairway to Hell, which I haven't done for awhile. That felt good. It was pretty busy there today, but I got all my stuff done and didn't have to wait.
I think that I'll switch between treadmill / floor exercises when I'm at your house. I'll do pushups, squats, lunges, and abs.
Sounds like we might be running outside!
