200% Humidity!

And I went out there and ran 1.25 miles in it this morning.  Terrible.  Felt like I couldn't get a good breath.  Had to walk some in the middle.  Temp was about 75 but the humidity.....

Humidity is miserable for running! I do not like it at all! And I just wonder....why not rain already?!
