Interesting day at the gym!

It was hot again today! Not as hot. But hot. I did run, but I went to the gym to do it. And it was interesting because I used the hills setting. So I did a pace of 5/mile and my "level" (hardness, I guess?) was 5. And it was flat for 1 minute, a hill for one minute. And continued like that. The highest hill was 4.7% incline. Which I would have been able to maintain for any real duration but it was only a minute so that was doable. I liked it and I'm going to do it again! Hopefully this will help with my pace.

Taking the day off here this morning. Going on that airplane ride over the valley that Mom gave me for Christmas last year. Finally doing it this morning. Angie is going, too. I invited Jim, too, but he has to work.

I've never used those pre-programmed runs on the TM but might give it a try one day. Will help change it up, too, I imagine. TM here seems to be working fine so glad I got it.
