Did it!

Even though I really didn't want to! I finally dragged myself to the gym. And even when I got on the treadmill I said to myself, "I could just leave right now....." But I started. And I finished! Did that same hill routine again of 5 pace and level 5. I think next time I do that I'll do 5.1 pace. Just keep bumping it up one. Way less stiff today.
