Made it to the gym today. As per usual, didn't want to go. Was so glad once I was there! That's just the way of it, I think. Did my weightlifting routine "B". Then I ran for 10 minutes on the treadmill. Just 10 minutes at a pace of 5.0 and an incline of 1. I thought of doing faster/longer, but I want to ease into my pace upping. Not break myself on Day 1!
I ran on Saturday but took Sunday off.

That's often the way it is with me, too. I don't really want to do it but am always glad I did. So I try not to think about it and just get up and do it! Hey, some big show company could use that for a slogan!
We can make it our Fitnatics slogan. I'm sure nobody would mind!
