Another Hotel Run
I did it this morning first thing but forgot to post it. Ran 1.5 miles on the TM. This fitness center is on the 3rd floor. Never been to one that wasn't on the ground floor. The whole time I'm running I'm wondering who was in room 225 and what did they think was going on above them! Then we did a lot of walking today touring around. But we also did a lot of sitting because we got caught in Tennessee Titans home bound traffic after their game. What a mess!

You're really staying on top of this! Great job! I've been thinking I need to sign up for a run because I'm feeling really lazy recently!
You know, I've never been to an exercise center not on the ground floor, either. Hopefully that was the laundry room below you!
Sitting in traffic can be relaxing.....well, I'm pretending! It's not! Hope you're having fun, traffic and all!
Day off here today. No energy! I did gym yesterday and I will again tomorrow, though!
