Last 3 Days

On both Monday and Tuesday I ran a full 2 miles without walking so I am beginning to get back on track.  Today I ran the hill in front of our house twice and back home which it turns out is only 1.5 miles but, then, it's the hill!  Never done that before but think I will make it a part of my program.  After being in Montana and running there I will need to do some running on hills!
