I have run the last two mornings here but haven't gotten around to posting anything. Good runs. Lots of hills! But that's good for me I know. Only 2 miles because it's so hard to run when you have to stop at every corner and look for cars! Next week I need to go somewhere and do a longer run without traffic and stop signs everywhere.

I ran around the neighborhood here again this morning but this concrete is really hard on my shins. I try to run on the street when and where I can but it's mostly on sidewalks and I don't like that. But at least I'm getting something done.
True. But I hope you can find a better place to run today. If you don't get rained out!
