PT Day!

Very fun day with my personal trainer. He's continuing to show me different exercises. I'm learning a lot. I've pretty much given up on the 5x5 and gone back to my normal weights workout, except that I've increased the weight a lot. And I can really tell a difference. Although I know 5x5 is working for Bart! So it does work! I weight exactly the same, but my pants tell me things are changing. Oh, ran there and back. Biked for about 10 minutes.

Well, that's intersting about the 5x5. I still want to try it after our trip.

I went to the gym yesterday and did the ripped workout which really is a workout. I can't keep up yet. today was a day of rest for me. We got home from Chanhassen about 1 pm. I'll be back on the TM in the morning.

Here's what I do:

Alternate dumbbell curl
Standing dumbbell shoulder press
Bent over two dumbbell row
Dumbbell side lateral raise
Dumbbell bench press
Dumbbell flyes
Dumbbell one arm triceps exteenstion
Dumbbell squat
Dumbbell deadlift
