I was all set last night to go to the gym this morning but looked it up on FB this morning and they are closed while they move into their new building! Closed yesterday and won't reopen until Monday at the new place. However, when I woke up this morning I had (and still have) a mild ache and pain in my right sciattica! Never had this before so something new. I HATE getting old!!!! But I think I now what caused it and I sure won't do that again! So, will take a day of rest while I wait to drive to the airport.

Getting old is the pits! I know we're supposed to pretend to be all positive about it but we don't have to pretend to ourselves or each other! So there!
