Hill walk

This week wore me out!  I did go over to Texas today, though. I walked. Well ran down walked up. 3 times. It was good. 

I did weigh myself this morning. I have 6 pounds to lose. Sigh. But it's done.

I did run this morning and it went fine again. No twinge in my right foot at all today so I don't know what that was about.

One month from tomorrow! Yikes!

That's great about no twinge. Yay!

Yeah, I can do it. I'm just frustrated with this never ending cycle of lose, gain, lose gain. you know the drill!
