Quick Run
I did over 3 but under 4 today. I way slept in! Until 7:20. But I was awake a lot of last night, worrying about work. Which is very unusual for me. But there we have it! So I ran. Slowly. Next week I must start hills. July is almost here but I can't slack on the hills if I think I'm going to be any good for the NWM in October!
I don't know if I'll run or do the gym tomorrow. One or the other.
I had a very healthy food day. Great smoothie! Chard, 1/2 banana, strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 golden beet. YUM. But the red beets sure make a smoothie look prettier.
