Julie v. Thursday: Julie Wins
Another day successfully completed!
I apparently took myself all kinds of serious about sleeping in. I didn't wake up until my alarm went off and, even then, I considered snoozing! And that's after going to bed at 9. But then I realized that I would really miss my window for the gym so I got up.
And I went to the gym. I did something different for my weights today. There is an "assisted dip (like I need help!) and chin-up" machine. The weight helps me be able to actually complete one! So I did those and I can really feel it in my arms.
Then I went to the group pilates class tonight (as you know) and it was very fun. Allison was the teach tonight and I have not seen her in months!
Now I am going to watch at least one of those X-Files episodes and tomorrow I will sleep in! I think that changing my schedule will help me. I've been really tired. Because I go to bed at 10 or 11 (usually - sometimes I have a breakdown and go at 9!) and then get up at 5. I think I just need to catch up. And I have read before that enough sleep helps with weight. Maybe that's my magic for 125 pounds!
OK, dinner and x-files time!

It sounds like it was a good day!
You mean it's possible to sleep the pounds away? I'm all in for that kind of diet.
I did 3 miles on the TM this morning but skipped the exercises. Absolutely wore me out doing the run but glad I did it. Cold seems better this morning although I did have another nose bleed first thing.
I sure hope your upswing continues! I can't believe all the nose bleeds though. Should you go to the doctor? Or is it just the crazy dry weather?
Must have been the dry weather and lack of humidity in the house. I went to Menards on Saturday and bought us a new and bigger humidifier for our bedroom and a new filter for the humidifier attached to our furnace. no nose bleeds since the last one on Saturday morning. Feeling fine today - Monday.
And I bet your skin is delicious and soft!
In almost 64 years of life I have thought to describe my skin as "delicious and soft."
Well, you're finally growing up! Soft and delicious is the pinnacle of your skin's career!
