Thouroughly UNenjoyable!
Brrrr! Baby, it's cold outside! It was 46 when I left this morning and it took everything I had to go one step, let alone 4 miles. But 4 miles I did.
Guess what people were doing in San Diego today? Warming up their cars! So funny to see cars running here. I thought you would appreciate that!
I'm considering going back to 3 mile runs for a couple of weeks. I'm really unhappy with my pace, but I am not getting any better and it might be that I just can't work on pace when I'm doing almost 7 miles. We'll see.
Might be a gym day tomorrow, depending on the temperature.
I did a good job with snacking during my roadtrip to LA today. I mapped out the location of a Jamba Juice and stopped there for a beverage before I made the return trip. Snacking is killing me!
I have decided I'm not making Christmas cookies this year. I would eat every single one! How are you doing with all the cookies around?

You poor baby! Let's talk about cold. It was +8 when we got up this morning. +10 here now with a high of +20 coming this afternoon.
There aren't many cookies around here yet. Some coconut things I couldn't care less about. So that's not a problem yet. But it will be. My weight is ok at the moment although I wouldn't mind losing a couple more pounds.
I did the usual 3 miles and the exercises this morning. Seemed like work today for some reason but I did it all anyway.
Now, off to work....
I know! I know! But I'm weak! Geeze, 8 degrees? That is saaaad.
Yeah, the coconut joys are safe from me, too. We'll wait till the real cookies come out!
Some days it is just harder than others. Do you ever watch that tv?
No I don't watch the tv. I can't keep the headset on while running. It's fine when walking though so Mom watches it every day when she walks.
Oh, is she walking now? That's great news!
