Today was a Netflix day! I did the one full video. It is an ab based video but it is cardio and floor work. About 40 minutes. And then I did the 10 minute pilate video I've been doing. And I was so tired I didn't even do the last exercise! It was hard!
I did hills at lunch today too.
I'm so frustrated with my weight. Especially with this cruise coming up.

They just had a bit on the local news last night about weight loss and about how hard it is to lose the last few pounds a person wants to lose. I didn't get anything helpful from it except that it's hard to do.
I didn't do anything this morning. Been running 4 miles and doing my exercises every morning but I just couldn't get up when that alarm went off today. Had a headache and just didn't want to fight it. So I rolled over and slept another hour!
Yeah, right! Tell us something we don't know! Although we both quit smoking and "they" say that is the hardest thing to quit. So, we can lose these pounds!
Tomorrow I'll have a day like yours today. I just got home so I imagine getting up at 5 will sound like an absolutely terrible idea!
