Quick Update

I had another really good run at the gym today. No matter what my nike + uploaded, I did 6 miles in about 54 minutes! This makes me feel pretty good about my potential marathon pace. Obviously I can't maintain today's pace for 26 miles, but I can do better than I was thinking I could do!

I did some abs stuff when I got home.

I tested out my new shorts today. I don't want to do anything new the day of the race, that's for sure! So I will bring pants and shorts and just see what I need the day of.
