Finally! A busy workout day! I ran this AM and then we went to the gym tonight.
Great run this morning. I has been warmer and nice to be out. Lots of people! I was late leaving my house though. Like always! Geesh, you would think I'd be leaving early and getting done early. NOPE!
Then we went to the gym. Did some treadmill and then lifted some weights. Although I don't know about my Christmas muscles.........
My New Years resolution is going to be to weigh myself only once a week. And make sure I get 9 servings of fruits/veggies every day. I'm really not doing well with that. And I'm so frustrated with the scale. Yesterday it was 133. Today 136. GRRRR!
Oh well! I can still fit in my pants!

You did have a busy day. That's a lot of exercise. 9 servings? I thought the recommended amount was 4-5 servings a day. It's all good for you though.
Yeah, the scale. Who knows? I admit to being obsessed with it though and want to know every day what it says. I don't think I could go a whole week! I'm down .4 this morning from yesterday. But it probably won't last.
Ran on the TM again today and did the exercises. Felt like work again today. I can really feel that extra .5% incline in my legs.

I am obsessed with it. Makes me nuts.
That incline makes a big difference, I know. I need to get back to hills at lunch.
