Well, doesn't a good night of sleep just change everything? We both know it does! I went to bed around 8:30 last night.....I think! And I had a great night of sleep and a much better day today. Felt better. Did better.
Great run this am. I'm doing well on my goal! I have under 100 miles to go! I've done 303 so far!
Pretty good eating today.....but the sun is down so who knows what will happen now! I do NOT have Christmas cookies here, and that is really helpful.

Good morning. I did 2.8 miles on the TM today and the exercises. No, I don't do 60 pushups and situps in a row. I do 20 of each 3 times. 20 pushups, 20 situps, 20 pushups, etc. Works for me. Weight is down a pound this morning, too. No snacks yesterday at all. None. We'll see what today brings. This is a bad time of year though. Too many temptations everywhere I go!
Good for you! This is a tough time of year. Especially because I love the snacks. LOVE. I'm just trying to keep them to a minimum!!
That's a lot of pushups at once, all the same!
