Rock 'n Roll

Ok, so I'm not at studly as you JD, but boy am I back on top! I had an EASY run today of 2.5 miles. I felt great afterward. More tomorrow for sure.

Excellent!

I am up early today (for me!) so I can get a run in prior to my 9 am meeting. I will let you know how it goes - keep your fingers crossed that I meet no skunks!
