I ran a slow four miles today.
I ran four miles today!
I am going to go with the positive interpretation of my run this morning. It was difficult, which makes sense. I have only been putting in three miles over the last week and a half. And, the four mile route is much more challenging then the run through Kensington. More hills.
Tomorrow I will do three again and trade off until four miles is my short run. Should not take long!

Here is what I'm thinking. Momentum is the key. I didn't run yesterday and I must run today. If I take two consecutive days off it is like I just can't get back on track. So momentum it is!
