I'm Still At It

And it's going pretty well.  I have now run every morning for 2 weeks except for one.  Between .5 and .7 of a mile each time so nothing spectacular but it's coming along.  I'm also back to 35 push ups and 35 sit ups each morning so that's coming back, too.  I really want to be able to do another 5K in the fall somewhere so that's my goal.
