I ran on Monday and spent the rest of the day sneezing, blowing my nose, and really congested. SIGH. Very frustrating.
Tuesday I went for a walk - wait, that's just yesterday! And I believe more of the same today. Thankfully, it's nice enough here that I can get outside. We are still getting into the 40s.
Sorry to hear this!!! Thought you were over that. Did you do any sneezing while in Germany?
I'm still doing 3 days on and one day off. Need to up my mileage a little though.
Have been comparing my old iPod Nike+ sensor mileage with the Garmin footpod and the TM. They don't agree. Today: TM 1.5 miles; iPod 1.58 miles; Garmin footpod 1.44 miles. Uffda! Enquiring minds want to know how far they've run!
It's really a sad thing! I was hoping I was over it but....nope. I did struggle with it in Germany, although I didn't do too much running. Then it happened here when I got back and, since then, I've been walking. It just really makes me not feel well for a couple days so I'm taking a break.
Ang and I signed up for a 4 mile run while she's here in February and I told her I was gonna walk! So I just need to change my mindset that I'm walking (for now) and come to grips with that.
Today I walked 3 miles and my pace was under 17 minutes per mile. I'm usually a 20 minute (or more!) per mile walker so it made me happy to see that change!
The technology disagreements make me nutso! I want to know, too! I know exactly how irksome that is to not have my measurements in agreement.

Mind over matter, I know!
