Been a whole week since I was here! I'm going to lose my blog license!
Been running on TM every day but Saturday. So doing ok. Still at 2 miles but today finally got back to 50 push ups and 50 sit ups, too. Been working my way back up to that level so plan to stay there now for a while.
No fitness center anywhere near Sue's apartment in Boston so hope the weather is ok to do a little running outside. Will be a challenge because, as you know, I tend to slack off while traveling. So, we'll see. During the second week every hotel we're in except for one has a fitness center so hope to use some of them at least. We leave home 2 weeks from today. Will spend that night at Holiday Inn near airport for early Tuesday flight. (Well, early for us!)

I did 10 push ups the other day (not even 10 in a row!)and they broke me. You are my hero!
Even if you don't run, I bet you'll get some solid walking in. That counts!
