I had a small break while I had company - but only from running. We did some serious hiking, as you saw from the pics. Really fun and I was really sore!
Yesterday was a day off for me. I did go for a lot of walks, but no running. Sunday I ran and also went to the gym and lifted weights. And yesterday I was just too sore and tired to contemplate running. So I was kind to myself and took a day of rest. Haven't run today - yet. But I'm toying with the idea! Yoga tonight, for sure.

You are keeping busy for sure! How many hiking miles did you all put on last week do you think?
Yes, my ankle is fine now I think. No problems although the arthritis there kicked up this morning. In my hands, too. Change of weather coming for us tonight. Cooler! I hear thunder north of us right now in mid afternoon but doubt we'll see much rain if anything. Have the hoses on the garden and ready to turn them on at 5 pm.
I ran again yesterday and today and upped the mileage to 1.25. 1.5 by the end of the week. Still so warm (about 70) in the morning and very humid so have been staying indoors. Hope to get outside soon though.
I think I did 10-13. And the next day I bet they did 15, give or take! At a very high elevation!
How kind of your body to let you know about the impending weather change. Arthritis is no fun. I'm sure glad to hear your ankle has recovered, though!
Nice job with the mileage building. That's the way to do it. I hope you can get out soon, too, and enjoy the end of your outside season!
