Wow. I haven't posted for days! Sorry about that. We were in Whitewater over the weekend and I did run there on their TM. No run Monday as we were traveling. But back at it now that we are home. Obviously on the TM because we are now in winter mode here. But that's ok.

Ah, winter. Glad those guys have a treadmill for you to use.
Well, I've been a real slacker! I've been doing a lot of walking and the other day I did my inside squat/pushup/plank routine again. Need to get back out to run, though.
