Gym

No running today but I did go to the gym. Walked there, since it was beautiful again today and all the snow and ice is gone. YAY! Ghost town at the gym, which I figured it would be due to the game. I walked n the treadmill and then lifted weights. Used an ez curl bar for my biceps curls. Just really struggling with increasing that weight using dumbbells. The dumbbells increase by 5 pound increments, and I think that's just too much. Had to use a bar with no added weights today! The bar itself is heavy. But the gym has 2.5 weights I can start with when I'm ready and then I can move to 5 pound weights. So I'll try this to help my strength progression. Took a couple walks around the lake today. Just a really nice day - although it sure got windy. The last 1/4 of my final lap, I was really fighting that wind!
