Some Good News

I seem to have come off the weight plateau I've been on for about 2 weeks.  Down a whole pound in the last 3 days so very happy about that.  Don't want to put any of it back on during our trip.  Now have just 5 lbs to my goal.

Been running every morning and doing my exercises.  Upping my mileage a little each week.  At 2.25 miles this week.

Are you still using loseit?

I'm working on healthy eats for us. Well....mostly healthy eats!

Yes, I'm using Lose It. Up 4/10's this morning and no reason for it. I hate this roller coaster. But still plugging along.
