Here I am!
Now, you may have been thinking, "I bet Julie is doing things but not posting." Well....you would be wrong! I actually wasn't doing Fitnatic type things! I just got very busy with company, tasks to do, and then piano meetings and lessons. But today I got back into gear.
I walked over to the gym this afternoon. Did my usual routine of weights. Then I did The Stairway to Hell for 20 minutes. Then I walked home. It's interesting that my leg and foot have been very sore again since I've had a bit of time off. I really think the strength training I do for my back has a hugely positive impact on my leg and foot.
Fitbit tells me I was 1 minute shy of 8 hours of sleep. Pretty good for me!

I haven't been posting either, obviously. Been running every morning except today. Took today off so I can be rested for the Gandy 5K tomorrow morning. Picked up our bibs this afternoon and looked like they will have a good turnout.
Very discouraged again about my weight. Haven't lost an ounce and even gained some while in Whitewater. About to give it up and let it be what it will be.
8 full hours of sleep? I can't imagine it!
Yeah, it's hard. Like it could be a full time job! Maybe a change in your exercise routine might help? You know how I feel about weight lifting!
Did you calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)? It can give a good guideline for how many calories we should be eating.
Never heard of TDEE. sounds like work.
It is work! But it's been my key to my recent weightloss.
