Back on Track

Or "back on tread" as the case may be.  Got on the TM this morning and ran a full 2 miles without stopping or walking.  First time since leaving SD that I have run at all.  And my legs felt it.  Kind of "rubbery" by the time I was done but I did it.  Also 25 pushups and 25 situps.  I am starting back on my 3 days on and 1 day off cycle.  I like that because it means I am exercising 6 days out of 7 but not 6 days in a row.

Congratulations on getting back in the grove! Restarting is tough, for sure.

How was your foot feeling after this time off from running? I hope it's ok!
