Well, today was my first day back at the gym in a week. I can't believe that it has been that long. It was challenging. But I kept my weights at what they were last session and just dealt with it. Otherwise known as 'sucking it up!' It was good. You know I love that place. Also did the Stairway to Hell for 20 minutes. Very sweaty.
My vampire book is not a romance novel.....yet! I'm keeping my eye on this!

I've been thinking about going back to my gym, too, but not sure what I would do there. Lift weights of some kind.
I have been out walking and running every morning this week including today. Taking tomorrow off to go to church and then will up my running mileage on Monday to 1.5. My goal is to be back to 3 miles a day (4 or 5 days a week) by the end of August. So, we'll see how it goes. My foot really hurt last evening but seems fine now this morning. Arthritis is such an odd thing.
