I ran on the TM again today and it went fine. Felt the twinge in my right foot a couple times during the first 5 minutes but once it stretched out it was fine. Hmmmmm...... Checked my heart rate this morning and hit 160! Haven't checked it for a while so I'm surprised it got that high. Running at 5.4 mph.

160 is great! That's fat burning zone.
I bet that sock will help you a lot. It will keep the tendon stretched out all night. People swear by it.
5.4 a good pace. That's probably where I am right now. I bet we'll run faster during the 5K though. I know the excitement always adds some spring to my step!
