I totally slept in this morning. Not even on purpose! But I didn't get up until 5:25. And I actually dreamed. I really don't dream very often. Or, at least, I don't remember my dreams often. I dreamed about Zombies!
I had a great run this am. A little over 7 miles. I got rained on! Well, lightly drizzled upon......But it was worth it. It was fun. I did Downhere again.
I also ran hills at lunch! How long has that been!?! I know. Long time. And I could tell. But it was so happy to be out there. Still dreary this afternoon, but that's OK!

I ran on the TM again this morning but am sorry to report that I was feeling "twinges" down there in my right foot. Have it on ice now. Surely hoping I'm not getting the plantar fasciitis back again. Very disturbed by this at the moment.
Oh, no! I hope not too! Hey, I'll order you one of those socks today. I have been reading that people with issues wear them consistently, even when the problem is not active, to help stave off reoccurrence. It really is not uncomfortable for me.
