Well, I sure had another busy day. I didn't run this morning because I....just wasn't feeling it! But I had some errands to run, so I did that.
I did run hills at lunch. It was such a beautiful day so that was really enjoyable.
And we went to the gym again tonight! Very fun. I ran three miles on the treadmill and then I did lower body weights. Lower body is not as much fun as upper, I think.
They also have these hydro-massage beds there and we got a free try. Best 10 minutes of my day! Have you every tried this? Your body is protected from the water, so you don't get wet. But it has these warm water jets that go up and down your body. Feels so good! Not part of my membership package, but that's OK. I like the Asian massage better, anyway! I'll give my money to a person, not a machine!

Saw your note about registering Fitnatics. I've never looked into it. How expensive? Probably have to involve a lawyer, too?
I ran on the TM again today. Went fine. Been wearing that sock at night but (and this is weird I know) it's bothering my big toe! Think I may have it too tight. Will keep it looser tonight.
Had problems with my iPod this morning, too. First time in a long time. It just quit at one point. It's been fine for so long. Not sure what's going on. Started up again once I got off the TM and tried it. Couldn't get it to restart while I was still running though. Hmmmmm....

Is your toe getting numb? Mine did that and I just put it a little bit less tight. You know, I think I'm going to cut that calf velcro. I don't need it and it rubs on me! I'm just hesitant. I should do it though. It won't ruin it.
I thing the registration was 325 or something. I don't think we need a lawyer - but if they don't grant the trademark you do not get a refund! I told Bart I want to put a paypal button on our page!
