I sure had a damp run this morning! Again, not rain. Just.....fog, I guess! But I was really soaked by the time I got home.
Great run this AM. 8.77 miles. I was all alone out there! Well, there were a couple of dog walkers, truth be told.
So close to coming home!!! I can't wait!

I did 30 pushups and 30 situps this morning! Not easy with only one foot for balance but I did it. And I'm going to keep doing it so that at least I'm doing something.
Good for you! I bet it felt great to be able to do something! I'll bring my bands home when I come. We can try those out. I like them a lot.
I took the day off today, so nothing to report here!
