I have been so busy recently that I have fully neglected to post any updates! As I am still busy today, this will be short and sweet.
Tuesday - walked
Wednesday - ran
Thursday - ran
Friday - woke up so darn sore and tired I am going to do some work and drink extra coffee prior to determining my course of action for the day! Odds are that I will give my body a break today and then run again tomorrow. There is something to be said for rest!
I have been eating really well this week and feel a lot better then I have in a long time.
